Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Coronado, Encinitas, and Rancho Bernardo/Santaluz/4S Ranch

Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 2/15/13= 30 with 186 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 2/15 = 25 and there were 222 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from a 12-month supply of inventory to an 8.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 16% and sales up 25%.

Del Mar  Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 2/15/13 =21 with 72 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 2/15 = 20 and there were 139 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has gone from a 8-month supply of inventory to just under a 4-month supply with inventory decreased by 48% and sales up 5%.

Encinitas Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 2/15/13= 55 with 105 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 2/15 =47 and there were 192 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has gone from just a 4-month supply of inventory to just under a 2-month supply with inventory decreased by 45% and sales up 17%.

La Jolla Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 2/15/13 = 59 with 233 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 2/15 = 45 and there were 334 active listings on the market. Year-over-year La Jolla has gone from just a 7-month supply of inventory to a 4-month supply with inventory decreased by 30% and sales up 31%.

Rancho Bernardo, Santaluz, The Crosby, 4S Ranch Luxury Real Estate  2013 YTD sales as of 2/15/13= 137 with 102 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 2/15 = 139 and there were 376 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Bernardo has have gone from just a 3-month supply of inventory to under a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 73% and sales essentially even.

Carmel Valley Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 2/15/13= 76 with 59 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 2/15 = 51 and there were 172 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Carmel Valley has gone from a 3-month supply of inventory to just a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 66% and sales up 49%. Coronado Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 2/15/13= 17 with 152 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 2/15 = 22 and there were 169 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Coronado has gone from an 8-month supply of inventory to a 6.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 4%.
