Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 6/15/13= 134 with 244 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 6/15 = 110 and there were 234 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from a 13-month supply of inventory to an 11-month supply with inventory up 4% and sales up 22%.

Del Mar Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 6/15/13 =102 with 109 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 6/15 = 104 and there were 127 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has gone from just over a 7-month supply of inventory to a 5.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 14% and sales essentially even.

Encinitas Luxury Real Estate YTD sales as of 6/15/13= 306 with 137 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 6/15 =279 and there were 179 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has gone from just under a 4-month supply of inventory to just a 2.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 23% and sales up 10%.

Year-over-year La Jolla has gone from just under a 7-month supply of inventory to just over a 4-month supply with inventory decreased by 19% and sales up 30%.
