Rancho Santa Fe 92067,92091   2012 YTD luxury real estate sales as of 3/15/12= 38 with 227 active listings currently on the market. In 2011 sales as of 3/15 = 41 and there were 246 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from over a 13-month supply to a 12-month supply.

Del Mar 92014   2012 YTD luxury real estate sales as of 3/15/12 =28 with 135 active listings currently on the market. In 2011 sales as of 3/15 = 35 and there were 170 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has gone from a 15-month supply of inventory to just under an 8-month supply.

Encinitas 92024   2012 YTD luxury real estate sales as of 3/15/12= 93 with 184 active listings currently on the market. In 2011 sales as of 3/15 = 82 and there were 241 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has gone from a 5-month supply of inventory to just under a 4-month supply.

La Jolla 92037 2012 YTD luxury real estate sales as of 3/15/12 = 93 with 321 active listings currently on the market. In 2011 sales as of 3/15 = 89 and there were 410 active listings on the market. Year-over-year La Jolla has gone from a 9-month supply of inventory to just at a 7-month supply.

Rancho Bernardo/Santaluz/The Crosby/4S Ranch 92127,92128 2012 YTD luxury real estate sales as of 3/15/12= 285 with 331 active listings currently on the market. In 2011 sales as of 3/15 = 216 and there were 501 active listings on the market. Year-over-year we have gone from a 4-month supply of inventory to just under a 3-month supply.

Carmel Valley 92130 2012 YTD luxury real estate sales as of 3/15/12= 111 with 171 active listings currently on the market. In 2011 sales as of 3/15 = 111 and there were 232 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Carmel Valley has gone from a 4-month supply of inventory to a 3-month supply.
