Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 1/15/13= 10 with 179 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 1/15 = 4 and there were 215 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from a 12-month supply of inventory to just over an 8-month supply with inventory decreased by 17%. With 261 sales in 2012 Rancho Santa Fe posted its highest numbers since 2005.

Del Mar Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 1/15/13 =5 with 70 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 1/15 = 6 and there were 128 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has gone from a 7-month supply of inventory to a 3.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 45%. With 230 sales in 2012 Del Mar posted its highest numbers since 2004.

Encinitas Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 1/15/13= 14 with 93 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 1/15 = 15 and there were 204 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has gone from just a 4-month supply of inventory to a 1.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 54%. With 692 sales in 2012 Encinitas posted its highest numbers since 2005.

La Jolla Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 1/15/13 = 12 with 206 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 1/15 = 12 and there were 309 active listings on the market. Year-over-year La Jolla has gone from just under a 7-month supply of inventory to a 3.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 33%. With 707 sales in 2012 La Jolla posted its highest numbers since 2005.

Rancho Bernardo, Santaluz, The Crosby, 4S Ranch Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 1/15/13= 42 with 117 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 1/15 = 27 and there were 425 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Bernardo has have gone from just under a 4-month supply of inventory to just under a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 72%. With 1849 sales in 2012 Rancho Bernardo posted its highest numbers since 2003.

Carmel Valley Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 1/15/13= 21 with 71 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 1/15 = 13 and there were 167 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Carmel Valley has gone from a 3-month supply of inventory to just a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 57%. With 768 sales in 2012 Carmel Valley posted its highest numbers since 2007.

With 245 sales in 2012 Coronado posted its highest numbers since 2007.
