Rancho-Santa-Fe-11.15 

Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 11/15/13= 267 with 213 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 11/15 = 222 and there were 193 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from an 11-month supply of inventory to just under a 10-month supply with sales UP 20% and inventory up 10%.

Del Mar  Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 11/15/13 =248 with 94 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 11/15 = 197 and there were 87 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has held steady at about a 5-month supply of inventory with sales UP 26%.

Encinitas-11.15

Encinitas Luxury Real Estate YTD sales as of 11/15/13= 617 with 140 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 11/15 =604 and there were 110 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has held steady at about a 2.5-month supply of inventory with sales UP 2% and inventory up 27%.

La Jolla Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 11/15/13 = 706 with 288 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as

of 11/15 = 599 and there were 231 active listings on the market. Year-over-year La Jolla has held steady at about a 5 month supply of inventory with sales UP 18% and inventory up 25%.

Rancho Bernardo, Santaluz, The Crosby, 4S Ranch Luxury Real Estate  2013 YTD sales as of 11/15/13= 1731 with 247 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 11/15 = 1601 and there were 164 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Bernardo has held steady at about a 1.5-month supply of with sales UP 8%.

Coronado Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 11/15/13= 275 with 121 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 11/15 = 243 and there were 159 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Coronado has gone from just under an 8-month supply of inventory to a 5 month supply with inventory decreased by 24% and sales UP 13%.
