My second stop on the Encinitas Home & Patio showcase was a 2-story townhome that Grounded Modern Living put their design spin on. As the name implies Grounded presents modern design with an organic feel. Their clean lined and colorful style fit the bright condo perfectly.
Since the floor plan does not include a built in fireplace they brought in their own by EcoSmart. A glass and metal piece fueled by clean burning denatured alcohol, it looked as though the fire was just floating in space. Since Grounded is known for their outdoor spaces I am sad to report that I somehow did not get a photo of the patio but stop by the store in downtown Encinitas to see more.
