Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Coronado, Encinitas, and Rancho Bernardo/Santaluz/4S Ranch

Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 4/15/13= 72 with 231 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 4/15 = 58 and there were 222 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from a 12.5-month supply of inventory to a 10.5-month supply with inventory now up 4% and sales also up 25%.

Del Mar  Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 4/15/13 =54 with 85 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 4/15 = 51 and there were 125 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has gone from just over a 7-month supply of inventory to a 4.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 32% and sales up 6%.

Encinitas Luxury Real Estate YTD sales as of 4/15/13= 169 with 110 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 4/15 =143 and there were 187 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has gone from a 4-month supply of inventory to just under a 2-month supply with inventory decreased by 41% and sales up 18%.

La Jolla Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 4/15/13 = 183 with 217 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 4/15 = 150 and there were 332 active listings on the market. Year-over-year La Jolla has gone from a 7-month supply of inventory to just under a 4-month supply with inventory decreased by 35% and sales up 22%.

Rancho Bernardo, Santaluz, The Crosby, 4S Ranch Luxury Real Estate  2013 YTD sales as of 4/15/13= 443 with 130 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 4/15 = 437 and there were 302 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Bernardo has have gone from just a 2.5-month supply of inventory to less than a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 57% and sales essentially even.

Carmel Valley Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 4/15/13= 215 with 83 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 4/15 = 159 and there were 173 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Carmel Valley has gone from a 3-month supply of inventory to just over a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 52% and sales up 35%.

Coronado Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 4/15/13= 70 with 142 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 4/15 = 63 and there were 190 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Coronado has gone from just over a 9-month supply of inventory to a 6-month supply with inventory decreased by 34% and sales up 11%.
