Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Coronado, Encinitas, and Rancho Bernardo/Santaluz/4S Ranch
Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 12/15/13= 290 with 195 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 12/15 = 246 and there were 193 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from just under an 11-month supply of inventory to a 9-month supply with sales UP 18% and inventory essentially even. Rancho Santa Fe has already surpassed last year’s total sales.

Del Mar Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 12/15/13 =260 with 88 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 12/15 = 212 and there were 73 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has held steady at about a 4-month supply of inventory with sales UP 23%. Del Mar has already surpassed last year’s total sales.

Encinitas Luxury Real Estate YTD sales as of 12/15/13= 650 with 114 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 12/15 =659 and there were 110 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has gone from a 2.5-month supply of inventory to under a 2-month supply with sales and inventory numbers essentially even.

La Jolla Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 12/15/13 = 750 with 263 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 12/15 = 660 and there were 218 active listings on the market. Year-over-year La Jolla has held steady at about a 4.5-month supply of inventory with sales UP 14% and inventory up 21%. La Jolla has already surpassed last year’s total sales.

Rancho Bernardo, Santaluz, The Crosby, 4S Ranch Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 12/15/13= 1852 with 221 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 12/15 = 1740 and there were 129 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Bernardo has held steady at about a 1.5-month supply of inventory with sales UP 6%. Rancho Bernardo has already surpassed last year’s total sales.

Carmel Valley Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 12/15/13= 805 with 99 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 12/15 = 736 and there were 73 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Carmel Valley has held steady at about a 1.5-month supply of inventory with sales UP 9%. Carmel Valley has already surpassed last year’s total sales.

Coronado Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 12/15/13= 299 with 112 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 12/15 = 264 and there were 154 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Coronado has gone from a 7.5-month supply of inventory to under a 5-month supply with inventory decreased by 27% and sales UP 13%. Coronado has already surpassed last year’s total sales.
