Thursday December 12, 2013 The founder and CEO of Billionaires Row La Jolla Real Estate joins Giveback Homes to help transform the transaction of buying or selling a home into an opportunity to change the life of a worthy family.
Gregg Whitney, founder and CEO of Billionaires Row La Jolla dedicated to luxury real estate, recently signed on to become a GIVEBACK HOMES agent, making him the first La Jolla area agent to join this philanthropic group of real estate professionals dedicated to giving back through their business of home buying and selling.
GIVEBACK HOMES is a national network of socially conscious real estate professionals who seek to create a positive impact on the world through the industry they love, Real Estate. They do this by putting into action the slogan, Homes Change Lives. Founded by social entrepreneur Blake Andrews after a humanitarian trip to the poverty ravaged country of Nicaragua, he sought to transform the transaction of buying or selling a home into an opportunity to change the life of a worthy family by building them a home. GIVEBACK HOMES agents participate by donating a percentage of their commissions to the cause which go directly out into the field.
In partnership with Habitat for Humanity Nicaragua and Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles, these donations are changing lives by offering families the safety and stability of a sanitary living space, cultivating the growth of healthy communities, utilizing local materials and employing local workers.
