Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 3/15/13= 50 with 206 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 3/15 = 38 and there were 227 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Santa Fe has gone from a 12-month supply of inventory to a 9.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 9% and sales up 32%.

Del Mar  Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 3/15/13 =36 with 78 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 3/15 = 28 and there were 135 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Del Mar has gone from a 8-month supply of inventory to just a 4-month supply with inventory decreased by 42% and sales up 28%.

Encinitas Luxury Real Estate YTD sales as of 3/15/13= 103 with 111 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 3/15 =93 and there were 184 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Encinitas has gone from a 4-month supply of inventory to just a 2-month supply with inventory decreased by 40% and sales up 11%.

La Jolla Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 3/15/13 = 115 with 224 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 3/15 = 93 and there were 321 active listings on the market. Year-over-year La Jolla has gone from a 7-month supply of inventory to just under a 4-month supply with inventory decreased by 30% and sales up 24%.

Rancho Bernardo, Santaluz, The Crosby, 4S Ranch Luxury Real Estate  2013 YTD sales as of 3/15/13= 288 with 107 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 3/15 = 285 and there were 331 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Rancho Bernardo has have gone from just a 3-month supply of inventory to less than a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 68% and sales essentially even.

Carmel Valley Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 3/15/13= 142 with 75 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 3/15 = 111 and there were 171 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Carmel Valley has gone from a 3-month supply of inventory to just a 1-month supply with inventory decreased by 56% and sales up 28%.

Coronado Luxury Real Estate 2013 YTD sales as of 3/15/13= 39 with 156 active listings currently on the market. In 2012 sales as of 3/15 = 42 and there were 175 active listings on the market. Year-over-year Coronado has gone from an 8-month supply of inventory to a 6.5-month supply with inventory decreased by 11%.
