In putting together the data for our monthly Market Update: Homes SOLD I noticed something awesome…in just the last 30 days two incredible cover properties from 2012 SOLD.
On 12/28/2012 the keys were handed over for this incredible Modern Farmhouse in Del Mar. Great work by Brett Combs, P.S Platinum Properties.
Then on 1/3/2013 some incredibly happy new homeowners got the best new years present of all, this Santa Barbara inspired estate in the posh community of The Bridges in Rancho Santa Fe. Another fabulous job by Linda Sansone, Willis Allen Real Estate
