A few Saturdays ago I stopped by the Grand Opening of the Leucadia Collection in Encinitas by City Ventures. It was a great party complete with live music, taco bar, and bouncy house that 300 neighbors and potential new homeowners came out to enjoy. One potential homeowner left a proud NEW homeowner as Lot 11 was sold that very day. Their brand new sales center was ready to show off the collection of 19 new homes that are in the process of going up right now. A little twitter birdy told me Lot 1 foundation was poured Sept 13th. We’ll keep you posted on the progress.
