Monday Oct 3, 2011 For runners, pilates devotes and zen yoga practitioners here are a few cool pieces to get you out of bed in the morning and into your home gyms.
In yoga I love the part in the beginning when the instructor asks you to set your intention for the class and for the day. While I try and make my intention bigger than simply a workout, a part of it is generally to just do yoga more often as it makes me feel so great. Then Monday rolls around and the snooze button cannot and shall not be ignored. Now if you have room in your home for a small gym, or even just a corner of your office you can dedicate to your favorite fitness activity I would highly recommend it. That way even if you hit snooze a few times there is always time to “work on your fitness” as Fergie would say and a fit body generally equals a fit mind. Here are a few highly recommended home gym pieces that can help you stay fit and well.
