Isn’t that a pleasant thought! On that note I bring to you an incredible Solana Beach Nursery & San Diego Florist so you can pick up or plant your own earthen laughter.

Planted right in the middle of the Cedros Design District you will find 1.3 acres of garden heaven at Cedros Gardens. Opened by Mia McCarville in the spring of 1993, Cedros Gardens provides San Diegans with organic plants (edible and ornamental) and organic stone fruit trees along with myriad classes for the concerned gardener. Mia has to this day operated her nursery without using chemicals, no small feat.
One of my favorite buildings to walk past in the East Village Downtown is the one that houses Che Bella. This is for a few reasons: their huge and lovely frosted glass front door that you can’t miss, the incredibly cute pooch and kitty that keep watch over the place, and all of the pretty that you glimpse inside. Carla Bassi founder/owner of Che Bella along with Jim Bassi created a space inspired by Parisian Left Bank Flower markets and their custom floral work reflects their love of beauty and reverence of nature. For truly unique and inspired flower arrangements this is the place to go.
