Greg and Julie Burnham, a husband and wife team, specialize in luxury real estate in downtown San Diego. They have lived in the Marina District in a luxury high-rise condominium complex since 2008. Combined, they have more than 30 years of experience in high-end real estate transactions. They are exceptionally well-respected in the community because of their high ethical standards for “doing the right thing.” Their experise spans the downtown lifestyle, neighborhoods and condominiums, as well as residential and commercial new developments.
Greg, a native of San Diego, first acquired his real estate license in 1982 and speciialized in new project development. An avid tennis player and enthusiast, he currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Coronado Tennis Association. After moving to San Diego in 2001, Julie acquired her real estate license in Rancho Santa Fe and initially practiced in North County. In 2005 she relocated to downtown where she and Greg became a team. She is a community advocate for the Marina District Alliance and has close associations with many local business owners.
Together they are co-founders of the San Diego Professionals Networking Group and members of the Coronado Tennis Association and the University Club. Their passions are helping their clients with their real estate needs, tennis, art, theatre and spending time with their family and grandchildren.
