This Saturday Nov 5th from 11am-3pm the folks from City Ventures, the builder responsible for the fabulous Leucadia Collection going up in Encinitas, want to invite future homeowners to see an important part of the home building process via their Progressive Frame Walk Event. “We want to give homeowners a chance to experience the layout and discover the design possibilities as they walk their fully-framed future new home,” said Brandy Knight, Leucadia Collection Marketing Manager. “Various hors d’oeuvres will be served at each lot including wine, cheese and chocolate so future homeowners can see the all unique plans the Leucadia Collection has to offer.”
