Born in a small town on the Western Slope of Colorado and educated throughout North America, Kip Boatcher relocated to Solana Beach with my wife, Loretta, in 2001 to run the sales and marketing for the private golf and lifestyle community Santaluz in Coastal North County San Diego. Kip and his wife to live in Solana Beach with their three daughters where they are actively involved in the local community, charities and schools.
