Gina attended Long Beach State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She specializes in relocation, & has her certifications as a Certified Senior Advisor CSA®, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Short sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) & Corporate Mobility Expert (CME). Prior to becoming a realtor, Gina worked as a Physical Therapist specializing in severely handicapped children & in skilled nursing facilities & in-home health care. This background has helped her maintain a clear understanding of the special needs that clients may have as they go through their transition in either selling or buying a home.
