Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Real Estate 2012 YTD sales as of 11/15/12= 222 with 193 active listings currently on the market. This surpasses the 2011 total sales volume of 214 with 6 weeks still to go. Rancho Santa Fe is at just under an 11-month supply of inventory with sales volume up 20% over this time last year.
